We envision a world where all youth, no matter their background, are able to discover their passions and find purpose in their careers.
The Passion for life integrated career coaching and exploration framework creates an education-to-employment pathway by guiding students through a 4-I process.
We help students:
INVESTIGATE career options,
IMMERSE in transformative experiences,
IDENTIFY their career selections, and
IMPLEMENT their actionable passion-oriented career plan.
Passion Seekers Workshops
We strategically partner with nonprofits to deliver our Finding Passion workshops. These workshops are conducted virtually and in-person to guide students in identifying their passions, strengths, and career interests which allows them to create their own personalized career exploration plan. Collaborating with nonprofits allows us to significantly increase our reach and multiply our impact on the community.
Through our engaging programs, students participate in the four “I” process:
- Investigate personal strengths, values, passions, and career and professional skills needed to sharpen their career focus.
- Immerse in dream-building and career-focused experiences, creating transformative relationships within their career to prioritize and eliminate career options.
- Identify final career selection
- Implement in developing and implementing a passion-oriented career plan.
Career Immersion Summer Camp
Our immersive experience Career Immersion Summer Camp is launching in 2023. This 4-day camp provides high school students with immersive dream-building and career-focused experiences that create transformative relationships to prioritize and eliminate career options.
